HIIT Workout

You’ve all heard of the Body Coach, Joe Wicks; well he doesn’t just do workouts for Kids whilst they’re not in school.   Joe Wicks started off as a Personal Trainer in London, he then started to create videos of his recipes on Insta and then he became the Body Coach.   He now has 9 cookbooks, a workout DVD and a YouTube channel full of workouts and tips that you can do at home with or without equipment. – take a look……..

Yoga

If you have had a stressful day and just want to have an hour to yourself.  Yoga is a fantastic way to take a breath.  If you have been attending Yoga classes at your local Gym or are a total beginner, why not check out Yoga with Adriene. Adriene has videos for all diffrent levels and also supplies tips on how to stretch all parts of the body, from back pain to neck pain Adriene has you covered. She even has Yoga sessions for weight loss.
