The Brief

The Property Managers Association represents retail organisations' interests by enabling their respective property professionals, to work together for their mutual benefit. Formed in 1975, the membership now includes around 110 of the country's leading retailers. Members range from major High Street retailers to out of town large space occupiers. The key challenge was establishing a compelling and multi-layered communications framework, making it easier for property managers to communicate with one another and for the PMA to contact landlords, Government, property professionals and other bodies about issues relevant to the members.

The Solution

The PMA had already made significant headway towards enhancing the industry's professionalism and improved the dialogue between landlords and tenant. Taking their aims of mutually beneficial partnerships and an integrated, complete service offering, SR fed these into the creative process, re-designing the CMS website, providing full membership maintenance and management and rebranding to modernise the brand's feel. We then applied this fresh design to stationery, brochures, newsletters and the directory ensuring consistency in communicating the new look to aid a successful transition. Having successfully completed an initial rebrand, we are now proud to have now worked with the PMA for over ten years, developing and planning hundreds of high profile events, dinners, lunches and conferences, including a Christmas lunch for over 4500 members and clients.
